Joseph Smith, MD, medical director, gained his Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated from Texas University in 1979. He got his medical degree from Texas University in 1985. Dr. Smith finished a 5-year residency in general surgery and urology at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center, a clinical fellowship at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Houston.
Archie Lees, technical director, Dr. Lees completed from Wisconsin State University. He has gained a BA in Physics in 1966. He gained his Ph.D. and Doctor of Science in Pharmaceuticals in 1970 and 1985 respectively from the Institute of Biophysics. He started his career development as a research scientist, in 1969 and from 1978 until 1993 he was head of the Pharmaceutical Laboratory.
